How to Change Wallpaper on T-Mobile G2

Good news for T-Mobile G2 fans, you can preorder this super phone from today! And this G2 will be available on October 6!

For people who is going to purchase T-Mobile G2, we found a useful tip on Knowyourcell—the way to change G2′s wallpaper. Want to know how? Read on to find the way:)

From the home screen, do the followings:

Step 1. Touch and hold the screen somewhere where there are no widgets or app icons.

Step 2. An Add to Home screen pop-up will appear, tap the Wallpapers option.

Step 3. A Select wallpaper from window should appear now, choose Live wallpapers, Media gallery, Wallpaper gallery or Wallpapers

For Live wallpapers:

Step 1. Scroll to a live wallpaper that you want to use, and tap it.
Step 2. If you’re satisfied with your selection, tap Set wallpaper.

For Media gallery:

Step 1. Your picture folders will be displayed on the screen – select the folder containing the picture you want to use for your wallpaper.
Step 2. Tap on the image you want to set as your wallpaper.
Step 3. You will be presented with your chosen picture on the screen with a colored cropping square on it.
Step 4. Touch and drag any of the four sides of the square to resize the area of the image to be used for your wallpaper.
Step 5. Once you’re satisfied, tap Save.

For Wallpaper Gallery or Wallpapers:

Step 1. Scroll through the images until you find the image desired.

Step 2. Once you select an image, tap Set wallpaper.

You can also change wallpaper from the settings menu:

Step 1. Tap the applications launcher from the home screen

Step 2. Tap the Settings icons

Step 3. Tap Personalize

Step 4. Tap the Home wallpaper option

Step 5. Continue from Step 2 of the From the home screen option
